CSR Policy

Aware of the impacts and sustainable development challenges to address in the event industry and our impact on climate change, we have naturally, and since 2023, developed our CSR approach.

To meet these challenges and fully embody our mission, we have defined sustainable development commitments and operational objectives by 2035.

Reducing and limiting our environmental impact through a circular, resource-efficient model

Define and maintain a trajectory for reducing the carbon footprint of the company and our events

By 2030:

  • Conduct a carbon assessment for scopes 1, 2, and 3
  • Define a target for reducing the carbon footprint for scopes 1 and 2 (annual %)
  • Define a target for reducing the carbon footprint for scope 3 (annual %)
  • Implement a low-carbon action plan for event execution

Ensure the safety and security of individuals at our events by systematizing prevention measures

The principles of inclusion, vigilance, integrity and transparency guide every aspect of our approach.

In this context, we commit to providing the necessary resources for the implementation and monitoring of this policy with a continuous improvement perspective, by equipping ourselves with the human, material, and financial means to achieve the set objectives.

Management commits to complying with all applicable legal requirements, as well as international standards and the requirements of ISO 20121: 2024.
The scope related to venue management at IDF Evenements is not yet certified and will be integrated into our certification process by 2027.

We commit to maintaining dialogue with all our stakeholders and involving them in this process, mobilizing them around these environmental, societal, and economic issues.
