Carrousel du Louvre
Our agency had the privilege of supporting one of its clients in organising its employee convention, bringing together 1,500 participants at the prestigious Carrousel du Louvre. The objective: to design an event that was smooth-running, welcoming and memorable, coordinating every detail with rigour and creativity.
We managed venue operations, optimising the spaces to ensure comfort, smooth flow and staging for the various key moments. The caterer was selected to offer a friendly, varied culinary experience suited to all dietary requirements. On the technical side, we deployed a complete sound, lighting and video setup, ensuring perfect clarity of the content and dynamic enhancement of the speakers.
The event also relied on bespoke set design, conceived to reflect the client’s identity and create strong immersion. Participant reception was handled by trained hosts and hostesses, reinforcing the professionalism and conviviality of the day. Finally, a programme of entertainment set the pace throughout, fostering engagement and cohesion.
A comprehensive organisation in which every link—venue, caterer, technical, staff, entertainment and set design—contributed to the success of this unifying event.
