Corporate Christmas Party at the Palais de la Bourse in Bordeaux

Our agency designed and produced a spectacular corporate Christmas party for NATIXIS / BPCE at the Palais de la Bourse in Bordeaux, bringing together 1,200 participants—employees and their families—around an enchanting theme: “Harry Potter”. The venue, transformed for the occasion, became a true school of witchcraft and wizardry, offering total immersion in the magical world of Hogwarts, blending wonder, fantasy, and conviviality.

Upon arrival, guests stepped onto the legendary Platform 9 ¾ before entering the Great Hall of the Palais de la Bourse, beautifully designed to evoke the saga’s iconic settings. Under the illuminated glass roofs, a wealth of themed activities transported guests of all ages: a potions bar, Quidditch challenge, magic wand workshops, wizard photobooth, magical cotton candy stands, and enchanted tastings. Each area offered an immersive, fun, and interactive experience.

The highlight of the day was the appearance of Santa Claus, welcomed like a great wizard under a starry sky of lights and special effects. A magical show blending dance, music, and illusion then brought all the guests together in a festive and family-oriented atmosphere, true to the Christmas spirit and NATIXIS’s corporate culture.

Thanks to immersive artistic direction, ambitious scenography, and rigorous coordination, our agency transformed the Palais de la Bourse into a place of dreams and sharing, where the magic of cinema met the emotion of an unforgettable collective moment.
