Our agency designed and orchestrated a major event for GICAT, bringing together 500 guests at the heart of an iconic Parisian venue: Printemps Haussmann, between the legendary 7e Ciel and the majestic Coupole.
Conceived as a moment of convergence between innovation, excellence and conviviality, this event combined an inspiring conference and an exceptional cocktail reception, offering an immersive experience at the summit of Paris.

The conference, held beneath the glass roof of 7e Ciel, brought together executives, experts and leading industry figures around the major transformation challenges facing the sector. A refined and elegant stage design, supported by comprehensive technical production, enhanced each presentation and created fluid dialogue between speakers and participants.

The evening continued beneath the Printemps Coupole, privatized for the occasion, in a refined and warm atmosphere. The cocktail reception, conceived as a culinary and sensory experience, showcased French gastronomic expertise with meticulous staging and premium service.
